Highly professional, plus they take great care of my car at a very reasonable rate. For my 30K checkup, another place wanted to charge me $300+. Dearing charged me less than $120 since I didn't need all the services: oil change, tire rotation, etc. As a woman, I've often felt taken advantage of by auto repair shops - but not in the least bit here! They were fair, fast, and friendly. Will definitely take my car here again!

I stepped on the front door and was greeted by Jackie who was Amazing and new just how to lead me through this process going on with my wheel, she is so helpful and then Juan looked over my car and addressed every detail with me and was able to work it in today as I waited and normally I would have hated waiting somewhere for any amount of time; but it was a pleasure to watch how this whole team worked together and every customer sang their praise..Go you wont regret it....

One of the best Auto service experiences I've had. Quick turnaround, friendly staff, and honest prices. Came in to have my splash shield fixed after it got damaged. Whole thing was done in under an hour. They also have very friendly pets in the waiting room :)

I stopped by due to a check engine light on my Corvette. I wanted to just see what the code was and didnt know how I would be received since I couldn't leave the car at that time. The owner jumped up from behind his desk and helped me immediately. He talked to me and offered me advise. I just love it when people are kind and real and that is their true intention. Makes me want to do business with someone like that. Now I know why they have good reviews.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They really care about their customers and are always willing to lend a hand or listen to your concerns for your vehicle. I come here monthly for calibrations on my car and have had some other problems on my car unrelated to what I normally go for and they were so happy to help. I appreciate them so much! They seriously are so awesome!

As a single woman with a car approaching 200,000 miles not able to pass inspection and not in a place to buy a new car, a friend recommended Dearing Automotive to me. He didn't steer me wrong. I have never felt so taken care of before in regards to my car. Juan and his staff were personable, friendly, honest, and prompt. They helped me get my car fixed at a reasonable price and thanks to them, my car was able to pass inspection and now I have a reliable car and won't have to buy a new car anytime soon.

I have gone to this shop for 15 years, even before it was owned by Juan, and he and Jackie and Cesar have continued the honest, small town garage mentality on which the original Dearing's was founded. They are thorough, transparent about pricing, and have worked me in at times when they really didn't have the manpower, because of my emergency. They have always treated me like "family" and will take and pick customers up within a reasonable area - I'm a teacher, so this has been invaluable to me. For anyone who has had a negative experience, I truly cannot imagine the circumstances, but I definitely speak from the heart when I say I would go nowhere else. Thank you, thank you to Jackie, Cesar and Juan for your hard work, cheerful attitude and for feeding the roaming kitties. :)

They were timely, communicative, economical and thorough. I am a shade tree mechanic that likes to think I know what I am doing, but also understand the limitations of my knowledge. These guys immediately demonstrated complete and thorough knowledge of in depth details. I would trust them inherently. I brought my beat up $4000 honda s2000 with low compression in cylinder one with the expectation of a rebuild and a bent or bad exhaust valve. They confirmed it and had the head rebuilt very economically. They also managed to get this 20 year old, 168k mile car to purr like it came off the lot. The engine revs as smoothly as possible and I am completely happy. The whole rebuild including parts was done for less than the cost of a new motor.

I have been a loyal customer of Juan and Dearing Automotive since I moved into Canyon Creek in 2008, but today I was truly blown away with the honesty and commitment Juan shows to his customers. I stopped by yesterday claiming I felt I had issues with my breaks, and he invited me to bring in my BMW so he could give it a once over and see what needed to be done. I got a call to come pick it up my vehicle and when I arrived he told me he replaced the front and back breaks and had resurfaced the rotors all FREE OF CHARGE under warranty. He had done my front breaks a couple of years ago and my back back breaks a year and a month ago. But he decided to replace both front and back under warranty even though the 1 year warranty was already up on both front and back breaks! This is a job that could have cost me about $1000. Juan could have charged me for this work as the breaks were legitimately out of warranty, and I would have willingly paid it, but Juan values his customers and the relationships he establishes with his customers. He said to me that he was sure I noticed the issue with the breaks before the warranty period was up, and because the issue happened within the warranty period he honored it, not just for the front breaks, but for both the front and back breaks. With so many unscrupulous businesses out there these days only too willing to take your money and not see the value of a customer relationship, it is so refreshing to know there are still businesses like Dearing Automotive, who are about their customers, and have ethics and values. Excellent work Juan.... I will recommend you to everyone and anyone moving forward.

Intoxalock Calibration always goes smooth. These guys are friendly and helpful. I know they try to save you money and not gouge you like some other garages in the vicinity.

We've been coming to Dearing Automotive as long as I can remember. It's honestly the best place I've ever gone to to get any work done to my car. I trust Juan and his employees with any repairs today, tomorrow and well into the future. If I ever have any questions about the bill, it's always explained to me in a way I can understand. If you're new to the area or looking for a new mechanic, this is your shop. I just moved here for a job a few months ago and today had to find a mechanic to fix my car.

I needed my thermostat housing replaced and I had bought the part. I had an appointment at a nearby shop. But they told me they don't install outside parts and qouted me nearly a grand and scheduled me a week out. On the way home I passed Dearing and, on a whim, stopped by to see if they could help.

Not only did they get it done for less than 1/4 of what the other shop quoted, THEY FINISHED TODAY. The father and son who run it are very helpful and kind. I am extremely glad I took a chance. I don't normally leave reviews but hopefully this helps someone who was in my position.
